Joseph H. Sweet, age 73 of Newell, died Tuesday July 21, 2015 at the Belle Fourche Healthcare Center. Services will be private. Funeral services are with Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche. Joseph is survived by his son, Joseph Jr. of New Jersey; daughter, Dorothy Sweet of Florida; sister, Jane Lightfeather of Johnstown PA; and neice, Candice Swenby of Newell. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Greg; and sister, Blanche Burkhart.
