Richard E. Conley, age 69 of Belle Fourche, died Monday, August 12, 2019 at his home.

Services will be held 9am Monday, August 19^th, 2019 at Black Hills National Cemetery.  There will be no visitation.  Military Honors will be presented by the Belle Fourche Veterans Honor Guard.

Richard was born May 1, 1950 in Kearney Nebraska.  He was the son of Harry “Gene” and Georgine (Kibler) Conley.  During the Vietnam War, Richard service in country honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1974.  He was highly respected for his service.

Richard is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Guy) Young of Rapid City; and several grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
